Here at IPLNA, we know that providing professional development opportunities for educators is a very important aspect of school administration. We also know that traditional forms of professional development while very important can also be extremely expensive. Sending teachers to conferences can cost a pretty penny with conference registration fees, airfare, and hotel expenses adding up really fast. Often, schools will try to save money by bringing experts to the school. While this is cheaper for the school, it is hard to have one expert presentation fill everyone’s needs. Often these presentations are too broad and not specific enough to have a major impact on teacher pedagogical practices.

There is a better way! Here at IPLNA we offer schools tools and training that focus on helping teachers improve their own professional learning. We offer online PD opportunities and other tools for administration for tracking professional development time.
